Because I realized that I have a lot to say...
Here's what I have to say right now.
When I first started working with polymer clay, I had SO MANY QUESTIONS.
- What brand of polymer clay is best to use?
- How do I store my polymer clay?
- Is it OK to mix different brands of polymer clay together?
- How should I market my clay earrings?
- What basic tools do I need to buy?
I googled. I searched hashtags. I got on Pinterest and pinned my heart out. I was everywhere. But that's how I am. When I decide to pursue something, I dig in. I want to know anything and everything all at once. That has its pros and cons. We will talk about that at a later date. LOL.
I had not yet connected to other clay makers in a way that I could just constantly pick their brain, except for my daughter who is also a clay maker. A very successful one - Indigo Sands. She was very helpful and supportive but she was also very busy with her own business.
So I've decided to create this blog and cover every topic that I can think of in hopes that it will help other makers who are just starting out on their own polymer clay journey and to also be a resource for seasoned clay makers.
So there you have it! I'm thrilled to be embarking on this journey of sharing my polymer clay knowledge with you all. Whether you're just starting out or you've been working with clay for years, I hope that my blog can be a helpful resource for you. I can't wait to dive into all the topics that I have planned and to continue learning alongside all of you.
